Intro to Crystals & the Chakras
Our Chakras store the energy of our thoughts, feelings, memories, experiences and actions. It is essential to keep our chakras open and aligned. You will work with various crystals learning which crystal is right for you and your body. There will also be a special meditation to align and balance your chakras. (Tranquility Room)
