Who is your General Manager?

What is your check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in/late departures are subject to availability and may be purchased at an additional cost. To check availability, please contact our Front Desk Team at 928-282-3072, or email us at hello@skyrocksedona.com.

Do you allow smoking on property?

Sky Rock Inn of Sedona is a smoke free property (of any kind). However, we do have a designated smoking area, located across the entry road from the hotel.

How do I sign up for your offers/newsletter?

Please sign up to our newsletter here https://skyrocksedona.com/ (we need to anchor to the bottom of the page where the email newsletters are)

Can I check in without stopping by the lobby?

We offer contact-less check-in. A unique and secure URL, will be emailed to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival, as long as we have your email address on file. If you’ve booked through a 3rd party like Expedia or Booking.com, please contact our Front Desk team to provide your email, to benefit from the contact-less check-in.. What type of communication do you offer so I can avoid contact with people?

We offer a secure and contactless check-in experience through email correspondence. (You will still need to stop by our lobby to pick up your keys with a valid photo ID). We will send you text messages prior to your arrival, as well as a pre-arrival email with property information.

What cleaning protocols are in place to keep me safe from COVID19?

The safety of our guests and employees is paramount. We adhere to current Covid-19 protocols set by the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control; and state and local guidelines. Reservations

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

We love pets! We welcome up to 2 dogs per room and our pet fee is $25 per pet per day. For your convenience we recommend calling ahead to ensure a room closer to our grassy pet area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours prior arrival, however we do have special rates that might be subject to different cancellation policies.

What are your taxes and fees

Our taxes are:
City Hotel Tax 7%
ST/County Transient Lodging Tax 6.325%
Our rates are subject to an Amenity Fee of $29 (plus tax) per night

Does your hotel have a restaurant? What are the hours?

Yes! Sky Rock Lounge, located just through the lobby onto our terrace with gorgeous Red Rock views offers delicious cocktails and light bites to enjoy after an adventurous day in Sedona. Do you have a pool? What are the hours?

We have a year-round heated pool and hot tub, open from 7am-10pm.

Is there pool code of conduct?

Maintain 6feet of social distance
No glass
No loud music
No parties
No jumping/cannonballs
Children under 14 years of age, must have an adult present

Do you have pool day passes?

No, we do not offer day passes to the public

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

We do not have a Spa on property. We do have a hot tub located near the pool.

How to book a spa service?

To book a Spa service off-property, contact our Front Desk team. We have a list of preferred vendors to plan the perfect day of relaxation.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, we offer self-parking, which is included in your amenity fee.

Do you have a market place on-site?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour Marketplace. You will find great gifts and convenient products for your stay.

How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?

Wi-Fi Is included in your amenity fee

Do you have a Business Center?

Yes, you may find two working stations in our lobby equipped with a printer.

Do you offer childcare services?

We do not offer these services, however our concierge would be happy to assist in finding childcare for you.

Is there room service?

While we do not offer service directly to your room, our Sky Rock Lounge is open from 4pm until 10pm

Is breakfast available?

No, we do not serve breakfast on property. However, our Concierge has a wonderful list of recommendations of places to visit within walking-distance or by car.

What activities or things to do does your hotel offer?

Sky Rock’s intimate grounds encourage a sense of community and reflection, while wellness workshops lend a sense of well-being. Fitness room and other thoughtful touches, like a customized trail map and mountain bike washing stations, make it easy to make the most of your stay.

Rooms

Do the rooms have minibar?

Our rooms do not offer a minibar. However, they are equipped with a minifridge and our 24-Hour Marketplace, in our Lobby, is fully stocked with convenient healthy snack options for you.

Do the rooms have refrigerator?

Yes, we have minifridge available in every room.

Do you provide microwaves?

We have communal microwaves available in our Lobby

Do you have suites?

We do not have Suites. However, our Premium Rooms with fireplaces are located on our top-floor and are the most spacious. Most have dual entrances for convenience (communal terrace and parking lot). Step out of a Premium room and onto to one of our spectacular shared communal terraces for dramatic, panoramic views of the Red Rocks. Relax and take in the sunset around a fire table, while enjoying the high desert evening.

Do you have accessible rooms?

“Our accessible rooms feature one King Bed or 2 Queen Beds with the following features:

What kind of toiletries do you offer?

We offer EO bath amenities that include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion

Location

What are the best things to do in Sedona?

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest biggest commercial airport is Sky Harbor Phoenix, AZ. It’s a 2 hour drive to the Hotel. Alternatively the Flagstaff airport is a 1 hour drive away, and due to its size, it has less frequent flights, yet is a great alternative.
