Visit Sedona, Arizona this coming Friday, November 1st and kick off your weekend immersing yourself into the art scene of the red rocks during Sedona’s First Friday Gallery tour! Then on the 2nd, head up Cleopatra Hill for the Jerome Art Walk!

Our top pick for a must see Sedona exhibit would have to be “Creature Comforts” featuring Sedona artist Kim Kori, at the Rowe Fine Art Gallery located in the Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village. Kim will reveal a second precast sculpture and formally debut Soft Spot. A bronze that depicts a fox curling up on a cold winter’s day. As Kim describes it, a bird spots the fox’s warm coat and decides to rest a spell. The languid fox accommodates her feathered friend, and the two snooze in peace.

Below you will find a few of our favorite exhibits and receptions taking place during the First Friday Gallery Tour. To see a full listing of participating galleries please visit the Sedona Gallery Association on Facebook.

If you are staying at the Sky Rock Inn of Sedona, we offer our guest free shuttle service to uptown Sedona and the Tlaquepaque Arts and Craft Village. All of the exhibits and artist receptions for 1st Friday run from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
